Working with Respondus

GSU has licensed Respondus, a quiz tool software program that allows you to easily
create new quizzes or surveys for WebCT or upload your existing tests. 

Working with Wimba

GSU offers Wimba Live Classroom, an online conferencing software. Faculty and
students may use it in conjunction with WebCT 6 courses.

Working with LiveText Portfolio

Several GSU's courses require students to create e-Portfolio's using LiveText. 
The Center fo Teaching and Online Learning has created several tutorials
to help faculty and students with the product. 

Software Suggestions

"COTL" has reviewed and compiled a list of software you can use to accent your
course with images, audio, and multimedia presentations.

Audacity is a Free audio recording and editing software. The links below will
help you through the installation process.

Audacity has excellent documention and tutorials for you to try.

Library Resources and RSS

The Library resource web page provide links to web resources compiled
by their information specialists. The site also provides the liaison librarian
contact information for each subject area.

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Instead of clicking through all your
favorite sites everyday, you can use RSS to "create your own newspaper" out of
the latest headlines on topics that interest you.
