- Close and restart your web browser
- Download the latest version of Java
My instructor cannot open my file attachment
Solution: The best practice for uploading an Office 2007 - Word file to your course is
to make sure the file is saved in "Office 97 – 2003 format" using an “rtf” file extension.
Example: “filename.rtf”.
Rich Text File documents are universal and can be opened with any word processing
software and are completely compatible with the course management system.
- All word processing documents should be saved and submitted in Rich Text Format.
Rich Text Format uses an RTF file extension.
- If you are using Office 2007 save all files as "Office 97-2003 file formats".
