Pop-up Errors

Pop-up Error Messages

Pop-up error messages appear for the following reasons:

  1. The Web Browser has not been configured to allow pop-ups windows 
    within your online course.

    Solution: Click on the yellow warning bar to activate the configuartion
    menu. Then pick "Always allow Pop-ups always from this site".

  2. Toolbars have not been configured to allow pop-ups windows within
    your online course.

    Solution: Click on the Pop-up icon on the toolbar. Then pick "Always
    allow Pop-ups always from this site".

    Allow Toolbar Pop-ups 

  3. Your security software is set to block banner ads or pop-up windows.

    Solution: Configure your security software to "Allow pop-ups and banner
    ads within your online course".
