Guest General Information

Please Follow These Guidelines

• Arrive at least one hour prior to the ceremony - Parking is limited
• Carpooling is strongly encouraged
• Parking passes are given to graduates for guests
• Guests should enter through the West or South entrances
• All guests, including children 2 years and older, MUST have a ticket to be seated. Infants and toddlers must be seated in lap. Children may not sit with graduates
• A family-friendly seating area will be available to guests with children
• Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for the 10 a.m. ceremony and 3:30 p.m. for the 5 p.m. ceremony
  • Saving seats is not permitted
  • Seats are not guaranteed for late arrival
  • Admission will be temporarily suspended at 9:50 a.m. and 4:50 p.m. in preparation for graduate procession
• Cellphones should be turned off and remain off during ceremony
• Please remain seated for the entire Commencement ceremony
