Birth to Three Years
Parents are the best first teachers of their infants and toddlers. Families in the Birth to Three Years program enjoy quality time learning together both at the FDC during developmental playgroups and during weekly home visits by FDC educators.
During home visits, parents learn invaluable ways to help their infants and toddlers grow and develop in their own home using materials readily available around the house. These activities help children reach their full potential without expensive toys or equipment.
Birth to Three programs are free to eligible families.
