Degree and Special Admission Requirements
The undergraduate program in Community Health provides students a broad-based community health education that will prepare them for a variety of career opportunities in health and human services fields.
Application Deadlines
The Admission Application deadlines for the Bachelor of Health Science (BHS) degree in Community Health are as follows:
- Fall — July 15
- Spring — November 15
- Summer — April 15
Degree Requirements*
Students must meet all university requirements for a bachelor's degree.
All required courses and the upper-division electives must be completed with a grade of "C" or better.
In addition, all students must complete a pre-graduation survey.
Special Admission Requirements
Prospective students are required to have a minimum GPA of 2.25 in 60 hours of transferable credit from a regionally accredited institution for admission to all tracks in the program.
