The Master of Health Sciences in Communication Disorders program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). .jpg)
Graduates meet all academic and practicum requirements for the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology. This major also meets the academic requirements for licensure in speech-language pathology in the state of Illinois.
The program is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education and meets academic requirements for the School Service Personnel Certificate (Type 73), endorsed in Speech-Language Pathology.
