Hybrid Course consists of:
- Online Lectures: 15
hours of online lectures on key topics like biomechanics, exercise physiology,
fitness testing, equipment usage, health assessment
- Hands-on: 15 hours of
hands-on practical training labs with role playing drills on assessing clients,
programming, performing proper exercises, presentation skills and more
You will earn the following credential(s):
- Level 1: Certified
Personal Trainer: After passing the
exams with proof of CPR/AED, you can work as a certified personal trainer.
- Level 2 (BONUS): After passing the Level 1 exams and 30 hour
employer internship, you can get the advanced Level 2 Certified Personal
Trainer credential at no additional cost!
This course is presented by World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) an NCCA accredited certification and is an approved CEU
