Please use the forms below to request changes to the CAS website, faculty profiles and to submit items for the CAS News college newsletter (note different forms and instructions for each).

College of Arts and Sciences Website Change/ Faculty Profile Request Form

This form is intended to allow CAS faculty and staff to submit website change and faculty profile requests at their convenience. Your submission will be forwarded to the CAS webmaster and you will be able to view your outstanding requests in the myGSU portal after completing the form.

Requests to change/ update program pages, admissions requirements, advisors and related items MUST originate from and be submitted by the appropriate program coordinator or division chair or designee. Program and admissions changes will require appropriate documentation with university approvals.

Please note that changes to the online course schedule are handled via schedule input at the division level (please refer to your division for assistance).

Posting of flyers, notifications and other marketing materials will require documentation of approval by GSU's Office of Marketing and Communications.

Please allow at least 5 working days for most requests.

Other changes (faculty bio pages, news items, etc.) do not need to originate with the appropriate division chair, program coordinator or designee and may be submitted directly.

Please use the CAS Website Change/ Faculty Profile Request Form to submit CAS website items and faculty profiles/ updates. You will need to provide your GSU credentials prior to submitting the form.

Faculty Profiles

Please review the GSU Faculty Profile Instructions provided by the Provost's Office and submit your profile in the stipulated format as an M.S. Word file via the CAS Website Change/ Faculty Profile Request Form.

College of Arts and Sciences Newsletter Item Submission Form

Please feel free to submit story ideas, stories, photos, photo requests, upcoming events, publications, student success stories, conferences, workshops presented, and other items that you think might be of interest to the CAS community (students, faculty and staff).

Your submission will be forwarded to the newsletter staff and you will be able to view your outstanding requests in the myGSU portal.

You will need to provide your GSU log-in credentials prior to submitting the form.
