For added convenience, we have several satellite locations in the Chicago area with select course offerings.  We are a comprehensive public university that offers a wide selection of quality undergraduate as well as master’s and doctoral degree programs, certificates and continuing education courses.  To best serve students, the university consists of four colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business and Public Administration, the College of Education, and the College of Health and Human Services.

The reason we continue to be one of the top Chicago colleges is we offer students a great selection of programs that are taught by a world-class faculty. The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) offers a broad range of programs with majors and minors along with graduate and certificate programs to give you an excellent foundation to pursue a variety of careers.  The course work is filled with hands-on experience and utilizes the most up-to-date technology.  CAS is comprised of three Divisions: Communication, Visual and Performing Arts (CVPA), Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS), and Science. 

The College of Business and Public Administration (CBPA) offers quality undergraduate and graduate programs that prepare students for careers in business, government or industry.  You will find course work that gives you all the necessary tools to assume future positions of leadership.  The CBPA’s exceptional undergraduate degree programs include Accelerated Professional Accounting (B.S), Accounting (B.S.), Business Administration (B.A.), Business and Applied Science (B.A.), Economics (B.A. and B.S.) and Entrepreneurship (B.A.).

The College of Education offers the skills and training you need to successfully transition to a community agency, classroom or administrator’s office with a solid balance of theory, emerging ideas and practical experience.  Undergraduate programs include degrees in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Psychology with four concentrations. 

The College of Health and Human Services is for those students that are interested in making someone’s life better with a selection of degrees and certificates to help you do just that.  The College consists of seven academic departments: Addictions Studies and Behavioral Health, Communication Disorders, Health Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Social Work.
