The Center for Online Teaching and Learning provides online tutorials to assist students with Blackboard questions and concerns. Students can also contact Blackboard Support using the Blackboard email support form.
For problems with login credentials, password reset, MyGSU portal and email issues, please contact the IT Help Desk at 708-534-4357.
All students are automatically enrolled in the Blackboard Orientation Course, which gives them the opportunity to become familiar with the features of Blackboard. Please visit the "Student Help" tab on the Blackboard login page. You will find online video tutorials and FAQ's instructing students on how to perform their tasks effectively.
