NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION REQUEST PROCESS

Students who need an enrollment or degree verification now have a new way to request it. Official enrollment or degree verification documents provided by the Registrar verify dates of attendance, award of degree, and student status (full or part-time). Please remember that enrollment verifications are processed after the 100 percent refund deadline.  Please allow three to five business days for processing.

If your loan or insurance company or any other third party provides you with enrollment or degree certification requests, they should be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at the address below. Make sure that the certifications contain the following information:

A signed request from the third party on official letterhead for the student in question; and
A signed letter by the student authorizing the release of his or her information.
