Transcripts
Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar's Office. Request forms are available online or in the Registrar's Office. A fee of $10 per transcript is required prior to processing and payable by check or money order to Governors State University. Payment must accompany each request. Faxed or e-mailed requests cannot be accepted.
Transcripts are not released for students with outstanding obligations (holds) to the university.
