Change Login ID on Apple iPhones, iPods, and iPads 

1. Tap Settings   >  
   Mail,
   Contacts,
   Calendars  >
   Exchange>
   Account>
    
2. Remove the hyphen in the fields labeled Email and Username.
   Example: r-smith to rsmith 
    
3. Tap Done.
