You can access your Governors State University online 1098-T form in several ways.

  1. Enter the URL from any PC with Internet connection, https://www.atsprintfreedom.com.
  2. Governors State University Web Page: Click on the "MyI098-T" link on current student site.

Once you have reached the "My1098-T" site, here is how you access your online 1098-T:

  1. Enter your Access ID, User Name and Password as specified below.
  2. Change your password. You will be prompted to change your password when you login for the first time.
  3. Click on the "Accept Consent" button to retrieve your 1098-T electronically.
  4. Select "Print 1098- T", to print your 1098- T (your 1098- T is password protected with the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for your protection).

Your current access ID, Username, and password are:

  • Access ID: 10076
  • Username: XXXXX (Your Governors State University student ID number)
  • Password: # # # # (the last four (4) digits of your Social Security number)

Once you have completed the login and consent process, you should "Bookmark" or "Add to your Favorites" the new URL https://www.atsprintfreedom.com.
