The next film being screened for GSU’s Civil Rights Film Series is “The Rosa Parks Story,” starring Angela Bassett. The film will be screened Wednesday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria annex. A discussion will be moderated by professor Rashidah Muhammad.
The film tells the story of the civil rights heroine, whose refusal to obey racial bus segregation was just one of her acts in her fight for justice. The screening is free and open to the public.
