Are you writing a research paper this semester? Do you need help researching and writing your paper? Your GSU Library and Writing Center can help. Schedule you time now to attend one or both sessions of the following sessions:

Introduction to Online Library Resources
The library is your gateway to academic resources for assignments and research. In this session, you will learn to select relevant databases for your research, select search terms, find journal articles, and interpret database records and citations. Using the online catalog, accessing books and materials, and borrowing books from I-Share will also be reviewed.
Dates: Wednesday, March 26, 3:00-4:00 p.m. or Thursday, March 27: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

The Research Paper: Getting Started
Make a plan and make the grade. Find the resources that you need to write an almost stress-free research paper. Included will be discussions of analyzing the assignment to make certain your paper is on target; APA documentation styles and where to find the templates and information that make it so much easier; and the importance of developing a focus statement to make organizing the paper a snap.
