College of Health and Human Services at Governors State University Announces Winter 2009 Dean’s List
University Park, IL, June 17, 2009 - The College of Health and Human Services at Governors State University recently recognized 118 undergraduate students who earned a 3.7 grade point average or higher during the Winter 2009 trimester.
“I am extremely proud of our students, who have truly brought their dedication, talent, and passion to their studies over the past trimester,” said College of Health and Human Services Dean Linda Samson. “Having exhibited such aptitude as students, I’m certain they will turn out to be wonderful health and human service professionals, as well. Our College’s mission is to ‘Make Someone’s Life Better.’ These students are well-equipped to do just that.”
The College of Health and Human Services offers bachelor’s degree programs in communication disorders, health administration, nursing, and social work.
