Oakley, Visiting Research Professor, University of Illinois at Springfield, introduces us to the transformation that a sister campus to GSU (University of Illinois-Springfield) has undergone as they moved toward an increasing number of online classes and programs, with an eye toward what we might expect as we move in a similar direction.
